Silver Air
Our client asked us to help reinvent this fabulous historic building in Santa Barbara, previously the Fish Enterprise. We created a chic and modern design while paying homage to the original aesthetic. This project is currently underway.

Eye Candy
We created a fun, ultra hip beauty and brow bar in one of the trendiest parts of San Francisco. A well designed space that’s highly functional, aesthetically beautiful and built to last – that’s our goal with each space we design.

Riviera Residence
This very contemporary home was a blank space. The client wanted a mix of Santa Barbara Cool and Modern. We brought in natural elements of wood and linen to help soften the more contemporary look and feel.

Mission Canyon
This gorgeous residence is a new build for one of our favorite young families in Santa Barbara. We worked with them to create elevated, thoughtful, and family friendly spaces with a modern, Santa Barbara design.

Verde
This Carmel-by-the-Sea residence was a full renovation that encompassed layout changes, additions to the home, and a complete turn-key product for the family

San Francisco
We worked with our client to create a brighter and more vibrant space that was located in a notoriously moody and foggy part of the city. We brought in elements that were fun, modern and light hearted much like our client.

Vizcaino
This unique property located in gorgeous Carmel-by-the-Sea was a complete renovation. The client wanted a coastal cottage with modern elements.

We worked with the owner to create & design two residences on one parcel of this unique piece of land that overlooked the ocean. This was a fabulous return on their investment!
